This is a portrait of David, our car guard at the Muizenberg kite beach.

When the wind picks up, he puts those goggles to good use:
The other day, a kiter had left the window of his bakkie (pick-up) open whilst going out for his session. David called him in again, landed his kite for him, minded his gear, and relaunched it on his return.
No-one is going to have their kite gear stolen, neither on the beach nor in the car, whilst David is watching.
